Overview:
We are currently seeking a Concrete Construction Salesperson due to our continued growth. If you have experience in Concrete Construction Sales, consider applying today!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a Sales Opportunity Plan, that targets new and existing customers with the highest potential for increased residential and commercial concrete construction sales.
- Transition information to your supervisor as soon job opportunities arise to help secure bids.
- Provide technical support and information to help solve customer issues.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with all current and potential customers.
- Get involved with local organizations to network and grow the business. Attend professional organizations and events such as trade shows and open houses.
- Prepare, generate and maintain a sales itinerary, activities report, account information and potential opportunity reports.
Qualifications:
- Residential and Commercial Concrete Construction Experience.
- Background in Sales.
- Self-motivator able to work without a lot of supervision.
- Computer Literate.
- Superior communication skills. Able to work effectively and develop strong working relationship with Superintendents, vendors and clients.
- Must work with team members to ensure customer satisfaction, from project start to finish.
- Detailed oriented
Education and Experience:
- 5 years of progressive experience in construction sales and cost estimating, and 6–12 months of on-site experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of different construction methods; planning, scheduling, sequencing, quality, safety, and timelines.

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, unless schedule dictates weekend work.
- Some travel required.
