L&L Concrete seeks an experienced residential concrete estimator. We are a fast paced and rapidly growing company, so we are looking for dynamic, out-of-the-box thinkers with strong teamwork skills, excellent communication skills and the determination to be the best and can contribute to the growth of the company. Must be highly enthusiastic, detail oriented, with 3-5 years minimum experience.
Compensation: $60 – $65K per year, based on experience
Experience:
- Ability to read and interpret arch, structural construction drawings and specifications.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work cooperatively with management, coworkers, contractors, vendors, architects/engineers, and other public entities.
- Prepare change order estimates for active projects as requested.
- Manage multiple bid estimates and maintain bid files and drawings.
- Prepare quantity takeoffs
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Bluebeam, Viewpoint Estimating and PDF documents.
Education:
College degree preferred or High school diploma required
Requirements/Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in estimating, within the residential industry
